In Agam's ideal synagogue, worshipers would ascend the sacred space of the sanctuary from a central vestibule. They would sit in rotating chairs, constantly creating different communal configurations. In this multidimensional synagogue, Torah arks would be placed all around, allowing the rabbi and the cantor to walk among the people during the service.
